Your hands are full.
The door opens anyway.
ADC City is the access control system installed in your building. It replaces physical keys with your smartphone and works even when your hands are full, your battery is low, or your guest arrives before you do.
Access that works the way you do.
ADC City gives you four ways to unlock any entry point in your building. You choose which one fits the moment.
One tap. Door open.
Open any entry point directly from the ADC City app. Works over Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. No internet required for local access.
Tap and enter.
Use an NFC card or tag as a physical alternative. Convenient for those who prefer not to reach for their phone every time.
Call to unlock.
Dial the building number to open the door. Works on any phone. Useful as a backup when your phone battery is low or the app is unreachable.
Walk up. Door opens.
The system detects your phone as you approach and unlocks the door before you reach it. Sensitivity and delay are adjustable.
Your guest is downstairs. You don't have to move.
Send a secure access link from the ADC City app. Your guest taps the link and the door opens. No app download required on their end. No physical key to cut or collect. No intercom call to answer.
The link works once, or for a set time window of your choice. When it expires, access ends automatically.
- Send access to guests, family, or service providers in seconds
- Set an expiry time: one visit, one day, or a custom window
- Guest needs only the link. No app, no registration, no account
- Access expires automatically. Nothing to revoke manually.
Technology that gets out of the way.
ADC City is used by residents of all ages and technical abilities. The system does not require familiarity with smart home technology. It is designed to be simpler than a physical key, not more complicated.
For residents with limited mobility.
Automatic unlocking means the door opens as you approach. No stopping. No reaching. No fumbling. Particularly useful for residents using a wheelchair, walking aid, or carrying heavy items regularly.
For older residents.
The phone call method requires no app and no smartphone. Any phone can unlock the door. The NFC card works like a regular key. Tap and enter. No passwords, no updates, no learning curve.
For families with children.
Children old enough to carry a phone can access the building independently. Parents can monitor access and set permissions from their own app.
Only you can open your door.
Your digital key belongs to you. It cannot be copied, shared without your consent, or used by anyone who does not have your phone.
The building manager controls which entry points you can access: entrance, garage, and barrier. Within your own access, you are in full control. Guest links are created and revoked by you, not by the building.
- Digital keys cannot be duplicated
- Lost phone does not mean lost access. Your key can be revoked and reissued instantly.
- Bluetooth and local connection work without internet
- No personal data is shared with third parties
ADC City is available in your building.
If your building is equipped with ADC City, download the app to get started. Your building manager will provide your access credentials.
